Affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain through the East Anglian Federation

The present club was founded in 1974 and welcomes all those who like looking at pictures and taking photographs of any standard. We have galleries on this site to showcase the work of our members. A warm sociable atmosphere is assured. We also have a bar!

Biggleswade & DCC are just part of a vast network of clubs that make up the East Anglian Federation of Photographic Societies (EAF). There are currently 119 member clubs. The EAF is affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) which is made up of the clubs of 15 geographical regions. The PAGB has strong links with similar organisations in different countries throughout the world through its membership of FIAP (The International Federation of Photographic Art). We would like to thank The National Lottery for awarding a grant in 2007 to Biggleswade and District Camera Club. The grant was used to purchase a laptop and digital projector, allowing the club to display high quality digital images. The club has been using the equipment for internal and external competitions, an annual exhibition of members work and it has been used within the local community to educate and promote photography.
